I'm getting a lot of support at work. As soon as I mentioned to some co-workers about my detoxing, they got really excited, and decided they would try to help me. So far, my Persian co-worker gave me some saffron from Iran, and some organic apples and grapes from her backyard.
An Indian co-worker gave me like 6 bags of different lentil samples, and some turmeric.
They've both been giving me a ton of recipe ideas.
Last night I made minced turkey with lentils, raisins and almonds in a curry sauce over brown rice. Was really yummy!
So far this diet isn't so bad.
I just have to see how I do over the long weekend while I'm on vacation!
