Yesterday I braved the gym that I hadn't been to in a LONG time.  I ambitiously ran on the treadmill and lifted some weights. I thought I was there for a long time, but in reality it was only a half an hour.

When I got back to my appartment I was hurting and could hardly lift my arms to drink a glass of water.

"What the hell did I do to myself?" I thought

Wanting to ease the pain, I ran to the kitchen and ate a fistfull of chips hoping that the junkfood would undo the evil excersise I did and heal my broken body.

Afterward, I went with Sharl to the dog park, had a nice talk over tea with my friend, Sarah and a hilarious phone call with Mandy.

Also, Sharl and I made this for dinner:

Vegetarian Thai Noodle Salad

Noodles (we used wheat spaghetti)
1 mango julienned
1 avocado cut into slices
few slices of red onion
1 tomato cut into strips
1/2 orange/red pepper julienned
2 cups of chopped romaine lettuce

Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp peanut butter
1 mashed garlic
chilli flakes to taste (I use a lot!)
drizzle of sesame oil
1-2 tsp of balsamic vinegar (or red vinegar, or wine vinegar)
drizzle of olive oil
squeeze of lime juice

Mix everything together in a large bowl and enjoy!
