My weekend of fun started off early with brunch at the Foggy Dew pub with M and Sean-a-P. LOL. Good times. Good food. Bitter coffee.

In the late afternoon, I packed up my snowpants and ski jacket and went to Horseshoe Valley to go TUBING!! There were 24 of us having a great time, and it was like I was a kid again. We flew down the hills and on our last run, all 24 of us linked our tubes together and went so fast that we were almost caught by the safety net.

After 2 hours of tubing, we gussied up and got ready for some fine dining at the resort restaurant. During the 'entertainment' part of the evening, there was this singer playing the guitar to some oldies and some country songs who probed us to come out and join him. So of course my friends and I take the opportunity to start dancing. We started a salsa party, dancing to country/oldies music in the middle of the ski chalet! So much fun.

Sunday, after church, I went on a cleaning rampage in our appartment. It had started to become embarassingly messy.
With all my built up energy, I decided to spend some time in the sun and took Xhosa for a long walk through the Distillery. She finally got to trot around in the puddles and sidewalks and not freeze half to death. Poor thing gets cold so fast in the winter. This was the first time I'd seen her really enjoy her walks.

When we got home i gave her a bath.

Sunday night, we had an outting at Montana and I taught my first salsa class. I think i had about 50 people attend the beginner class and though my throat was hoarse by the end of the hour, I had a lot of fun. There were a lot of good dancers last night and some new guys that I hadn't seen in a while, so I got a good work out. I went home with aching feet which meant that it was a good night.

Next weekend it's Char Char's and Mandy's Birthday!! I can't wait!
