Yesterday was yet another stressful day at the office. Charlene called me at 7 to remind me that we had dinner plans. I was still infront of my computer trying to test out why a component of the application i was using was not working properly. Not one to turn down food plans, I welcomed her call and immediately looked forward to seeing her. We went to Hey Lucy's for cheap martinis and dinner and of course, much needed company. I had a great time, Char. I'm sending this message to you becuase you told me that you read my blog during breaks and during class and now I am outting you! I owe you pictures next time we get together.
When I got home, I saw a big package waiting for me on the kitchen counter. My dance shoes arrived! Here's what they look like:

They're super comfortable and now i can toss out my other shoes. Sharl complained that the old shoes smelled bad. He was right. I always had to wash my feet twice after wearing them, and store them in a separate area of the closet. This is probably not the most attractive thing to write about...
Can't wait to test the new shoes out tomorrow.
