View from the top

This post is out of order, but i just got pictures from Emily and Andre today.
Last weekend, Sharl and I hosted our first dinner party at our condo in honor of Anita and Ivan's engagement. We don't have much furniture yet or a dining room table, so for dinner we made a bunch of small finger foods. We had:

Mini lamb burgers with pita and tzatziki
Mini restuffed baked potatoes topped with steak, mushroom and onion
Hot crab parmesan dip
Caprese Salad
Italian sausage with bocconini and grape tomatoes
Chicken Fajitas (made by EmC)
Avocado salad (made by EmC)
Samosas (brought by Theresa)
Baba Ganoush with flatbread (brought by Theresa)

After dinner, we all went up to the roof to drink wine and to get some air...

Our neighbourhood: King West Village

After dinner and drinks, all the girls wanted dessert so we went downstairs to the Foggy dew for some white chocolate cheese cake and peanut butter pie. The boys stayed back and watched a movie.


Man, we are starting to host parties for couples now...I guess it's something I have to get used to. After all, I will be a married woman in 26 days. Where did the time go? It was a lot of fun, and I look forward to having more people over.
