Weekend in June

Friday night, Sharl and I went out compliments of my super sweet co-worker, Larisa. We went to the Bluepoint Supperclub on King. We had pan seared scallops in saffron cream and seafood penne, but overall I wasn't too impressed with the food. However, we were both in a cheery mood, the patio was warm, the sun was shining, so we enjoyed ourselves. Afterward we headed out to the Air Canada Center to watch the Cirque du Soleil. Was such an arty spectacle. We had really good seats and practically the whole section to ourselves. The girl with hula hoops was my favourite:

Saturday afternoon, I found just my brand: Relax. Charlene and I hung out all day in the sun with Mandy by her pool. We swam, drank beer and ordered pizza and got all golden in the sun.

Saturday night, I went downtown to shoot a film short with Karly and Stella in the park by my condo.

Quiet on the set!!

Some random people kept stopping by to watch, probably wondering if we were anyone famous. Sorry to disappoint. However........

Filmographers do NOT come sexier than this!!

And actors don't come hotter than this!! Stella...barely legal.

After filming, we decided to change and go out...

We headed out to the grungy church street to check out some pride festivities. And we got outted ! Some flaming guy clad in leather said, 'hey straight girls, can i have a light??" I was like........"how did you know!?"
weird.

Anyway....we had a fun time for sure checking out the sights.

Sunday morning, I went for brunch with Sharl at the pub below our condo, then browsed through some furniture shops on Queen. Was such a perfect morning.

Sunday afternoon, I went to a highschool reunion bbq at Centennial Park.
Was sooooo awesome seeing everyone. Some, I hadn't seen in years. Was funny coz I waved to Jeff, and he didn't even recognize me until I started talking to him. Lol.
