My mom just had her birthday on Sunday. We went to Baskin Robbins so she could pick out her favourite ice cream cake, and the guy working there asked what I would like written on the cake. I said, "Happy Birthday Mom!"
The ice cream man looked surprised and said, "She's your mom? But she look too young!"

This of course is not the first time we've heard this comment. My mom definitely doesn't look old enough to have a 24-year-old daughter who is engaged. I really hope I look this good at her age.
