How I did Christmas!

Before leaving for Montreal I had some at home Christmas celebrations:

I opened pressies with Amanda in front of her beautiful Christmas tree. She got me a really kyut top and sweeeeeeeeeet earrings to which I gave 3 names: Dinner earrings, Dancing Earings, and Date night Earrings. Her mom went unexpectedly OTT with my pressie though....it was so nice of her. Don't worry Mandy, she didn't steal your thunder.

I had a pre-Christmas dinner with Sharl's brother and his gf.


We had a very yummy roast lamb.


How my family does Christmas. We're just about to open pressies here on Christmas Morning and we're waiting for the stragglers who sleep in... :)


This is me with my mom. She got me such lovely gifts for Christmas: An Estee Lauder make up set with pretty shadows, blushers, lipsticks and brushes. She also got me a lot of kitchen stuff for my new place. And gift certificates to a restaurant for Sharl and me. She is very thoughtful.


Wow. I don't look very happy in this picture. Probably because I had a hard time breathing. There were 12 people and 2 cats and a dog packed into my grandma's small bungalo in Montreal. When Mandy and Sharl called, the only quiet place to talk to them was in the bathroom. There is only one bathroom in my grandma's house, which probably also contributes to my unamused facial expression!


Hehehe... this is David and my cousin Liam who got stuck doing the dishes. They're trying to be manly about it!
