This is totally Amanda's and my theme song for the summer.
Since we went out too late to make it all the way east to the Beaches Jazz Festival, we decided to just go for drinks downtown. I remembered a friend telling me that a new new cuban restaurant had opened, so in the mood for some latin flavour, we checked it out. The place was cute. We sat on the exteremely small patio, which in fact was just the one table right off of the sidewalk. Random strangers kept stopping by to chat with us as we sipped on mohitos from the "Judge Table" and made fun of the paparazzi crowds. The dance floor was dead, but we wanted to dance, so we stayed for a couple too-slow salsa sets. The bartender told us funny Cuban refugee stories, and the owner bought us shots.

The best part was of the night was sticking to our pact and having a heart to heart on the way home.
Saturday, Sharl and I went to Caledon for an extreme meat fest at a family friend's house. Oh man... the food was so good....ribs, shrimp, pork, steak, grilled vegetables....! Also, the countryside was so beautiful, and best of all....we found the perfect venue for next year...*crosses fingers*
Sunday Amanda and I went to church and then out for lunch. She's the best....seriously. I can't beleive all she's doing for me. I am so honoured!
Sunday night, I hung out with Sharlie. I made him fish sandwiches. Later, we had a bbq at my house. Sharl washed all the dishes. What a nice boyfriend. He's also the best.
This is Sharl's and my theme song:
"I love technology...but not as much as you, you see...but I still love technology. Always and Forever."
