the weekend of debauchery

Friday night I went out to eat sushi with b and her friend visiting from NYC. Though I had originally planned on staying in and grading papers after dinner, I got talked into going out with them...which turned out to be a super fun night. We went to Devil's Martini (agian, for me) and had lots of fun dancing to a mix of reggae, house and 80's music. When the 80s music got to be too much, we headed over to Brant House. The music was so superloud, that I had to put kleenex in my ears to create earplugs to muffle the sound (this is a little secret that I do to save my hearing...my future self will thank me.)
The music was strange, but danceable...and one of j's friend's kept trying to salsa with me to hip hop beats.
I got home hours later than I wanted to but it was well worth it.

Saturday I did my regular double shift at the school + restaurant.
After work, Karly came over and we played at my mini bar, and invented some tasty concoctions. Then we went next door to the little house party that was going on. There were some weird whiteboys dancing and singing like tools to rap music. Everyone else was pretty chilin'. We stayed for a little while then went back to my house to crash.

Sunday morning karly and I filmed a teeeeeny little movie on my driveway, which involved fishnet stockings, a whole lot of shoes and a banana peel.

Sunday evening, Sharl and I ate ribs at Tony Roma's. A whole lot of them. Then we came home and watched Metropia for way too long before falling asleep.

Now I am going to write my German film analysis for class.
As you can tell, I'm trying to avoid doing work for as long as possible, which is why i'm wasting time on here.
