Happy Birthday!

Bebe turns 24 today.

I had big plans to make his day special.
I was going to come home early and surprise him with his favourite dinner: Beef Olives, where I even emailed his mum in SA for the recipe.
Later, S called me and said that he was working tonight. On his BDAY! :(

Sharl's mom told me that surprises never work in the family and that she's learned to stop dabbling in them.

No. I will not be defeated.

Anyway...what I really want to do is wish my monkey face a really happy day.
I have a good feeling about this year....that things are really going to really be looking up. I read your bday horoscop in the Toronto 24:

"The more secure you feel, the more security you provide. It's natural and it really doesn't cost much, as you discover this year."

Not sure what that really hints at, but maybe we'll find out soon.
