I watched this movie last night with Sharl, and man was it ever disturbing. Seeing a man beaten like that to a bloody pulp made me want to throw up. I was squirming and crying during most of the movie. Too graphic and gory for me.

However,

Never have I so blatently been shown how much of a sacrifice Jesus made to save me. Either Jesus was a crazy fool for not saving himself, or he really did love me that much to give his life up for me and for those who choose to believe that he was the son of God.
