HOly crap!
When I was at my aunt's house for Christmas, I was reading one of the books I found in the room I was staying in called The South Beach Diet. It sounded pretty interesting, and guarenteed that you lose your belly fat first. The first two weeks consisted of omiting the following from your diet: bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, fruit, candy, sugary drinks, and juice. The next two weeks, these foods would be slowly added in in moderation.
There were all these different cool recipes and set meal plans to follow.
The book was really motivating and pretty fun.
Yesterday, in the mail, I received a flyer advertising for the South Beach Diet book.
Today on msn, I saw a banner advertisement for it.
Sheesh! I never knew it was so popular...
Maybe it was a sign for me to buy it, and follow the diet.
Dammit.. what did i just previously write about again?
