Detox starts today. I will shape up this year even if it kills me. No more buying lunches at school (unless it's healthy and less than $3). No more avoiding the gym. No more splurge shopping. No more smoking. This year I will be in good health and I will save money. Last year I was a consume-aholic. This year I will be the queen of frugality.
