Celebrated my bday today. My family, some family friends, Becky, Emily and Sharl all came out to dinner with me for Peking duck. mmmmyum.
Becky and Emily were so sweet and got me pressies for my room. Becky, knowing my room as well as her own noticed that I need 4 things to make it a better place.

1. A proper wastepaper basket instead of a cardboard box
2. A hamper instead of a cardboard box
3. A new lamp to replace the old one I melted during an art experiment.
4. A plant to brighten up my living space since I my cactus died. (yes I even managed to kill a cactus)

Sharl got me the most beautiful gift... a diamond heart necklace. I was so touched and surprised that he picked this out for me. I love it so much. My first diamond jewelry.
