I went downtown with Sharl today to pick up his jacket and keys from the armory. It was so friggin windy that I thought I was going to blow away!! After walking around and keeping an eye out for sushi places, we decided to eat at East Side Mario's to hit the bottomless salads and soup (which we didn't end up doing! we were nice...). MMmMMM.. we had such yummy food...mussels, and scallops and bacon linguini, and capaletti, and FUNNEL CAKE!!! since we didn't end up getting any at Wonderland last summer, this was a nice treat. My boy sure knows how to show me a good time! hahaha.. food makes me so happy. Afterwards, we went for a train ride home topped our day off with a nice snooze. It was such a nice date. I have the most fun times with him...I think because it involves eating and sleeping. heh...
Know what is really the best? When you can go for a long span of time with another person and just be in happy spirits and have fun. Everything seems right in the world when we're getting along. When I look up at him and see the loving looks he gives me, I feel so warm inside and sooooo loved, and think....this is JUST how I imagined love to be. Then that feeling makes up for everything else that might be bothering me.
When I came home and studied for a solid 2 1/2 hours. Made flash cards, wrote out some definitions... Think I deserve a break now. Time to eat again... yay!
