Last winter hurrah

This weekend Sharon took all of her instructors and helpers up to Horseshoe Valley for a snow tubing adventure and it was a lot of fun. SHe's so awesome to her employees!

I went with C who I discovered is a closet street racer. She is a pretty insane woman to begin with, and behind the wheel, her personality manifests itself through speed. We left Toronto at 5:30 and made it to Barrie by 6:15. To put this into context, Barrie is about 130km from Toronto. Yah...you do the math. At one point, I looked over, and thought I saw 170 on the speedometer, but thought I was seeing it from a skewed angle, because C was calm as a cucumber chatting away happily with me and everyone else in the car. Then when I looked in front of us, I noticed she was tailgaiting everyone in the fast lane. 170 was no joke.

She's never gotten pulled over before. I think either the cops are scared of her or there's something about her car that screams 'I'm a lawyer...don't even bother.'

We arrive safe and sound. C looks devious here, and I look carsick. LOL!

Snow tube hills

Atop the hill with the gals.

Post-tubing party in the Fireside Lounge, sandwiched between C & M. We caused such a ruckus.

And yes, of course there was dancing!

Then on Sunday I had to teach the club lesson at El Rancho...was a fun weekend hanging out with my dance friends.
